Was excited, but then was sad...

At first I thought this was going to finally prove that I could feasibly build a coil gun and then run around and fuck shit up. But then I saw the video and it was kinda disappointing not gonna lie. Rule of thumb: if your projectile is reusable, then your weapon is not going to be very impressive. I would lose faith, but then I see what real rail guns can do.:


No there is no gunpowder or other flammable materials in there. That rather large bullet is moving so fast it actually IGNITES THE AIR AROUND IT. Going to learn me some electronics and then get to work on one of my own of those.
